Some other smaller reviews had shown that physical activity improves the <g class=\"gr_ gr_8 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"8\" data-gr-id=\"8\">symptoms  of<\/g> severe <g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\">derpession<\/g>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new reviews (meta-analyses) that evaluated all the more recent facts,  according to the New York Times, appear to have set the affair in <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">order  permanently<\/g>, showing that somebody on the edge of depression has <g class=\"gr_ gr_5 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"5\" data-gr-id=\"5\">every  reason<\/g> to exercise regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three studies were published in &#8220;Preventive Medicine&#8221;, &#8220;Journal of  Psychiatric Research&#8221; \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 &#8220;Neuroscience and Behavioral Reviews&#8221; <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">medical  journals<\/g>, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first research established that people training less (men and women) are 75%  more likely to be diagnosed with depression than those training more.
